RALEIGH, N.C., March 6 -- The North Carolina Utilities Commission issued the following order involving Bright's Moving, Forest City, North Carolina:
In the Matter of Bright's Moving, LLC, 2400 Oakland Road, Forest City, North Carolina 28043 - Termination of Liability Insurance Coverage
ORDER DISMISSING SHOW CAUSE ORDER AND CANCELING HEARING
BY THE COMMISSION: By Order dated February 21, 2017, the Commission directed Bright's Moving, LLC, to appear before the Commission on March 13, 2017, to show cause why its certificate of exemption should not be canceled for failure to maintain on file with the North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles appropriate security for the protection of the public as required by G.S. 62-268 and Commission Rule R2-36.
