Mindoula Executive Named to Top US Government Healthcare Position

SILVER SPRING, Md., Sept. 2, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Mindoula Health, a technology-enabled case management company at the forefront of the transformation of behavioral healthcare, today announced that its Senior Vice President of Medical Affairs, Andrey Ostrovsky, MD, will be leaving the company to become the Chief Medical Officer of The Center for Medicaid and CHIP Services (CMCS). Medicaid is the nation's largest health insurer, with an annual budget of approximately $330 billion that is the primary source of healthcare financing for over 65 million low-income Americans and people with disabilities.

It serves as focal point for the formulation, coordination, integration, implementation, and evaluation of all national program policies and operations relating to Medicaid, the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) and the Basic Health Program (BHP).
