Mr. Spletto brings over 30 years of experience in CDBG program management, having served as Program Director of the CDBG Disaster Housing Recovery Program for the States of North and South Carolina; Program Manager for the State of Colorado CDBG-DR Advisory Services; and Director of the State of Louisiana’s Disaster Recovery Unit. While with Louisiana, he led the creation and implementation of the single largest disaster program in the country, which included more than $13 billion of assistance.
