Business Wire

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
MetroPlusHealth announced today a unique and disruptive campaign to educate New York City employees on their choices when selecting a health insurance plan. The campaign supports MetroPlusHealth’s ongoing commitment to providing affordable and quality health insurance to New York City municipal employees, non-Medicare eligible retirees, qualified domestic partners, and eligible dependents.

“Access to quality, affordable, comprehensive care is part of our continued effort to make the health and well-being of New York City employees a priority. Our campaign provides clarity for municipal workers across New York City. They deserve the best, and that they do have choices,” said Roger Milliner, Chief Growth Officer of MetroPlusHealth.

Yesterday, MetroPlusHealth launched the Gold ad campaign from their corporate office at 50 Water Street in lower Manhattan with a MetroPlusHealthGold pop-up. This included a photo-op with executives and staff members in the lobby, and outside several parked digital trucks. The top-rated MetroPlusHealthGold Plan provides access to quality benefits exclusively to the City of New York employees.

Additionally, a series of “Lunch on Us” events will be held by MetroPlusHealth during the Annual Enrollment Period, ending November 30, 2021. The events will inform and enroll New York City municipal employees in the MetroPlusHealthGold Plan and will take place throughout New York City:

“At MetroPlusHealth, we understand that cost is one of many factors considered by New York City employees when choosing a health insurance plan. It is important to educate the municipal worker community, which includes our city agency partners, on the cost-effectiveness of Gold,” continued Roger Milliner. “Our Gold Plan is designed to address a variety of needs without compromising the quality and availability of care to New York City employees,” he added.
