Media Alert: WTW Appoints Lauren Finnis as Regional Proposition Leader for Pricing, Product, Claims, and Underwriting (PPCU)

NEW YORK, NY, June 20, 2023 - WTW (Nasdaq: WTW), a leading global advisory, broking, and solutions company, today announced the appointment of Lauren Finnis as the Regional Proposition Leader for North America Pricing, Product, Claims and Underwriting (PPCU) Commercial Lines in its Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) business.

Based in Chicago and reporting to Alejandra Nolibos, Finnis brings a wealth of expertise across the traditional and digital sides of the business in underwriting, operations, and business performance management. Finnis will help clients transform through technology-enabled analytics, integration, and efficiency, driving value from their underwriting, pricing, product development, distribution, and sales capabilities. Prior to joining WTW, she has held notable industry leadership positions including, most recently, Head of Wholesale Distribution at Synchrono Group, and Berkshire Hathaway Specialty, where she led Customer and Broker Engagement in both the Central and East Regions. She has also held positions of increasing responsibility at Zurich Insurance Company and McGladrey.

In her new role, Finnis will work closely with the North America Proposition Leader - PPCU Personal Lines, Laura Doddington, along with the Global PPCU Proposition team to advance PPCU solutions throughout North America. This includes the development of technology and services, including advanced analytics, best practice consulting and transformation-enabling tools. She will spearhead the adoption of ICT's PPCU technology, including the Radar suite and portfolio management and digital trading solutions, throughout the North American Commercial Insurance landscape.
