FEMA Region One anticipates soliciting a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to install a fire suppression system in a computer room at the Federal Regional Center (FRC) located in Maynard, MA 01754. Principal Elements: See Attached SOW. Per FAR 19.502-2, This award will be for a Total Small Business Set Aside. Per FAR 36.204(b) The magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS Code: 238220, size standard $14 million. For this solicitation, Wage Determination: MA180001 dated 06/22/2018 MA1 is applicable. Period of Performance: 30 days upon receipt of award. This requirement will be evaluated based on the Best Value to the government per FAR 15.101. The following three (3) factors will be given equal weight during the evaluation period: 1. Price 2. 1-2 page technical approach 3. Past performance (3 projects of similar scope & magnitude within the past five (5) years). Points of contact for these past projects must be submitted. There will be a mandatory site visit on Thursday July 12, 2018 at 10:00 AM. All interested parties must submit the following information prior to attendance: Name, company, & email address to [email protected]. All individuals who attempt to gain access to the facility without prior approval will be turned away. Q&A for this project will be due by Monday July 23,2018 5:00 PM.

If selected for award, you will be required to submit an irrevocable letter of credit (ILC), certificate of insurance, and Payment bond.
