Matt Wieck Joins IHC Specialty Benefits as Vice President of Sales Operations and Direct Markets

The IHC Group announced today the appointment of Matt Wieck as Vice President of Sales Operations and Direct Markets for IHC Specialty Benefits (IHC), its full-service health insurance marketing and distribution company.

Mr. Wieck has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, most recently serving as the Vice President of Direct Markets for Assurant Health in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In his new role, Mr. Wieck brings expertise in advanced analytics with the goal of accelerating profitable growth for the organization, which has seen sales increase 30-percent for three consecutive years. He will be responsible for managing lead-generation programs, including the company's proprietary Agent Connectivity Tools technology, optimizing call center operations, enhancing digital growth strategies and providing data analytics for sales. In addition, Mr. Wieck will assist IHC in making additional strategic investments that will further enhance distribution of its specialty benefit products.
