Marine Insurance Expert Andy Lewis Joins Alliant

With a background spanning all facets of the marine business, the Portland-based Lewis will service a diverse, national portfolio of clients through the delivery of industry-focused insurance and risk management solutions.

Prior to joining Alliant, he was Vice President with a Portland-based insurance brokerage firm servicing a large portfolio of marine clients.

An industry expert, dedicated philanthropist, and former college athlete, Lewis holds bachelor's degrees in economics and history from the University of Washington, where he was a member of the Huskies' 2001 Rose Bowl champion football team. He is past president of the Maritime Commerce Club and a board member with Friends of the Children, a local charity focusing on at-risk youth.
