This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 12619718Q0032 is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100 Update 08/22/2018. The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 811219 and is being issued as unrestricted. To be considered a small business under this NAICS, offerors must not exceed the 20.5 Mil. The
DOCUMENTS TO BE INCLUDED IN QUOTE: In order to be considered for award offerors shall provide-
1) a Quote on company or formal letterhead containing the offeror's DUNS number, address, and socio-economic status, and detailing the item description, variance from the posted required specifications, acceptable payment method (credit card, ACH/EFT, or either), price per each module, delivery cost and total price. 2) a completed copy of the provisions FAR 52.212-3, OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS - COMMERCIAL ITEMS, with this offer; a copy of this provision is attached in the Commercial Clauses file. If completed in SAM, include a copy of the active SAM record. REJECTION OF QUOTATION: Failure to demonstrate compliance will be cause to reject the quote without further discussions. All responsible sources may submit an offer to be considered.
NOTE: Guidance in this solicitation for actions within SAM are now conducted through the Single Award Management system found at www.sam.gov. Vendors MUST have a record showing "Active" at the time of quote submittal to be considered for award. Award will be based on technical acceptability, best value and ability to perform OEM Certified Maintenance on the AB Sciex Qtrap 5500 system. All offers must be submitted no later than

(c) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
