David Michael Fox, 67, pleaded not guilty to failure to give notice of accident by quickest means-damage over $1,000; sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $300.

Brittany Rae Nordberg, 32, pleaded not guilty to privacy in communications-threatens to inflict injury or repeated use of profane language; sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $500, with $350 suspended.

April 18

Daniel James McHargue, 25, pleaded guilty to failure to stop and ID self after striking an unattended vehicle as part of a plea agreement; fined $250.

Kristy Roylance Cordis, 61, entered a nolo contendere plea to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant as part of a plea agreement; sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $500, with $400 suspended.

Zayna Elizabeth Irish, 24, pleaded not guilty to DUI-first offense; sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $2,000, with $1,400 suspended.

April 21

Daylon Joseph Belcourt, 19, pleaded guilty to driving without liability insurance in effect; fined $250; pleaded guilty to violation of restrictions on instruction permit; fined $60, with $50 suspended.

Draven Nicholas Mastel, 19, pleaded guilty to careless driving; fined $50 and ordered to pay $3,845 in restitution; pleaded guilty to driving without liability insurance in effect; fined $260.
