Inszone Insurance Services Expands Northwest Presence with the Acquisition of Snapp & Son Insurance, Inc.

Business Wire

SACRAMENTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Inszone Insurance Services, a rapidly growing national provider of commercial, personal, and benefits insurance, is pleased to announce its acquisition of Snapp & Son Insurance, Inc., a family-owned and operated agency with deep roots in the Seattle community and a rich history spanning three generations.

Founded in 1937 as John F. Snapp and Son, the agency has been a trusted name in the insurance industry for over 85 years. Originally started by John F. Snapp, the agency was later passed down to his sons, Linton and Leslie, who continued to grow the business. Over time, the agency evolved to focus entirely on personal lines insurance, with Linton’s son and the third generation on the Snapp family, joining the agency in 1991 to continue the family legacy as Snapp & Son Insurance, Inc.

Known for its personalized service and commitment to the community, Snapp & Son Insurance, Inc. has served clients across Washington, California, Oregon, Idaho, and Arizona, helping individuals and families find tailored insurance coverage at the right price. The agency has built a reputation for providing affordable, reliable insurance options, and offering high levels of professional service and long-term relationships.

"We are thrilled to welcome Snapp & Son Insurance, Inc. into the Inszone team," said Chris Walters, CEO of Inszone Insurance Services. "The Snapp family has built a remarkable legacy of service and community involvement. We are committed to upholding those values as we integrate Snapp & Son Insurance, Inc. into our organization, ensuring that their clients continue to receive the exceptional service they have always known."

This acquisition strengthens Inszone Insurance Services' presence in the Pacific Northwest and enhances its ability to serve a broader range of clients. Snapp & Son Insurance clients will now have access to Inszone’s expansive network of carriers, additional resources, and the continued high-quality service they have always received.

Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Sacramento, California, Inszone is a full-service insurance brokerage firm that provides a broad array of property & casualty insurance and employee benefits solutions. With a strong, experienced management team, Inszone continues to grow organically and through acquisitions. With 70 locations across California, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Washington, the company is looking to expand further throughout the United States.
