Madrid, Mar 7- The economic paralysis caused five years ago by the pandemic forced central banks to lower interest rates and governments to launch ambitious stimulus plans, which, added to the war in Ukraine, triggered inflation, a problem that seemed to have been tackled and that is now surfacing again due to U.S. President Donald Trump’s tariffs.
