IFC National Marketing introduces Agent Builder
Coon Rapids, MN (June 15, 2023) — More than 65 million people are enrolled in the Medicare program and that number will continue to grow as the entirety of the Baby Boomer generation turns 65 by 2030. This translates into a significant opportunity for insurance agents who are prepared to sell Medicare products, while also exacerbating the long-held problem in the industry of finding and training agents to sell these complex products. To solve this problem, IFC National Marketing has introduced a new program called Agent Builder that recruits and trains agents who are able to sell Medicare products effectively and generate income for agencies.
“Senior health and Medicare products represent a significant opportunity to grow an agency’s book of business. However, the struggle to find agents who understand the rules and regulations and who are prepared to sell Medicare products while managing their current book of business is very real for independent agencies,” said Todd Villeneuve, managing partner, IFC National Marketing. “With Agent Builder, IFC acts as the talent acquisition team for agencies, recruiting and training agents who can begin meeting the needs of senior clients from Day One. This alleviates stress and ensures that agencies do not miss out on growth opportunities.”
IFC National Marketing, an Integrity Marketing Company, is the Midwest's fastest-growing insurance marketing organization, providing business development, underwriting, and marketing support for independent insurance agents and financial advisors. With Agent Builder, IFC locates, recruits, and trains agents to sell Medicare products for participating insurance agencies. All agents IFC recruits will become licensed and certified to write policies with regional and national Medicare carriers, as well as products like health insurance, dental and vision, and Medicare Part D. Agents will also be trained to deliver Medicare 101 presentations to clients and how to conduct sales outreach for a “Turning 65” lead program.
Furthermore, the training provided by IFC will cover the introduction to quoting systems, rules and guidelines from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, CRM best practices, and ethical communication and sales skills.
