iPipeline and Rolling Solutions to Partner

iPipeline, a provider of on-demand software that supports marketing, selling, and processing solutions for insurance carriers, distributors and producers, announced that Rolling Solutions' XRAE underwriting engine will be integrated with iPipeline's term quote engine.

In a release, the Company said that its solution is used by 1,200 distributors and their agents for the marketing, selling and processing of insurance in the US and Canada.

"By integrating our term quote engine with XRAE, we have eliminated the need for an agent to guess someone's health class. Now agents can seamlessly receive rules-based underwriting quotes via XRAE for multiple carriers, compare them, and move through the application process knowing the guesswork is gone," said Bill Atlee, Chief Strategy Officer, iPipeline. "This is another industry first for iPipeline and a major step forward in simplifying and accelerating the selling process. We are excited about this addition to our integrated user experience and look forward to growing our partnership with Rolling Solutions."

XRAE automates the underwriting process by perfectly evaluating over 100,000 specific underwriting rules based on over 600 potential questions in less than a second to determine the "best case" underwriting classification at each XRAE Partner Carrier.

XRAE was developed by Rolling Solutions to address the time and frustration associated with the first step of the life insurance sales process.
