iHCFA Announces Strategic Relationship with JOPARI SOLUTIONS for Electronic Billing Services Expanding the connectivity network: Property & Casualty Bills & Attachments

PR Web

Cedar Knolls, NJ (PRWEB) September 18, 2012

iHCFA announced that it has completed a state-of-the-art process for transmitting and receiving electronic medical bills and supporting documents in conjunction with strategic partner Jopari Solutions, Inc. Electronic billing (“eBilling”) expedites and ensures more timely payments to medical providers, reducing the need for them to place phone calls to payers inquiring about the status of bills. iHCFA and Jopari already have extensive networks of providers and payers, and this partnership will further expand the access for both companies. eBilling is presently mandated for Workers’ Compensation in several states and is being implemented or evaluated in many more.

The companies are leaders in web based electronic submission of Property & Casualty bills, together with supporting documents, using one integrated billing process. With almost 20 years combined experience, iHCFA and Jopari are innovators in helping customers use electronic billing solutions to solve problems, streamline processing, increase productivity and reduce costs. Jopari also provides payment solutions, including EFT capabilities for payers.

William DeGasperis, CEO and president of iHCFA stated, “We are pleased to have this interface completed and to be working jointly with Jopari. iHCFA has just been awarded a five year contract renewal by the New York State Insurance Fund (NYSIF), validating once again our leading-edge technology. We look forward to sharing the benefits of our new affiliation with our client base, while providing the best product and customer service for electronic billing needs. The technology-based solutions we provide benefit policyholders, claimants and medical providers and are a win-win situation for all.”

“iHCFA and Jopari share a common vision as to the use of technology to streamline the paper-intensive medical bill processing interfaces of the Property & Casualty marketplace,” states Don St. Jacques, SVP – Business Development and Client Services for Jopari Solutions. “Both of our organizations are heavily invested in growing this connectivity network, and we expect that it will have great benefits not only for providers in New York, but also providers and payers countrywide.”
