Hudson man pleads out in drunk driving case
Authorities were dispatched to the accident around
Neighbors in the area reported the man, identified later as Cunningham, had taken off on foot eastbound.
The driver of the second vehicle, a Jerome woman, received lacerations to her hand. Three children in her vehicle were unharmed.
Cunningham pleaded guilty to charges of operating while intoxicated (charged as a first offense), driving while license suspended -- second offense, failing to report an accident, driving without insurance and unlawful plate Wednesday morning.
Cunningham admitted to
"I left the scene and went to the house," Cunningham said.
