Holland & Frank Employee Benefits acquired by St. Cloud-based North Risk Partners

March 05--Holland & Frank Employee Benefits has joined one of Minnesota's largest independent insurance agencies, North Risk Partners, effective March 1. Holland & Frank's financial services business will continue to operate independently out of its Waite Park office.

Co-owners Dennis Holland and Greg Frank join North Risk's team as benefits risk advisers, and associates Angela Kerzman and Heidi Peternell join as benefits service advisers. The acquisition will give Holland & Frank's employee benefits clients more coverage and service options, according to a press release from North Risk.

"The North Risk team's mission of service to their clients, each other, and their community aligns directly with what we have done at Holland & Frank for the past 32 years," Holland said. "Over the coming months, we look forward to sharing our new insurance and risk management capabilities with our clients."

Holland, Frank and Kerzman will split time between North Risk's office on Roosevelt Road and the Holland & Frank office in Waite Park. Peternell will work full-time at North Risk's office.

"In addition to growing our services to include property and casualty solutions, and more human resources, wellness, and safety options, we are joining an agency we know has the same level of integrity as we do," says Holland. "We couldn't be more excited about this new partnership."

St. Cloud-based North Risk Partners is the largest, privately owned independent insurance agency in Minnesota, according to its website. The company has more than 180 employees at 17 locations across the state.
