Hitachi Solutions America Launches Engage for Insurance and Industry Specific Product Suite
Engage for Insurance is the first to launch in a suite of industry products designed for the Microsoft Cloud portfolio including Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Cortana Intelligence. Designed to extend and enhance the functionality of the Microsoft Cloud,
The new products consist of four families, two of which -- Engage and Optimize – will launch in 2017.

Just released, Engage for Insurance gives insurers a practical solution to effectively manage and foster profitable relationships across agencies, customers, brokers, and other partners. With five out-of-the-box insurance specific modules, Engage for Insurance enables insurers to focus on all aspects of their insurance business and the customer lifecycle, from relationship and engagement management to business development.

Engage for Insurance includes the following industry specific modules:
- Distribution Relationship Management
- Direct Channel Management
- Producer Productivity Suite
- Policy Integration Toolbox
- Risk Management
Following the release of Engage for Insurance, additional Engage products will be rolled out in the coming year for the Banking, Capital Markets and Healthcare industries as well as the Manufacturing and Retail industries. Engage products extend the traditional CRM functionality found within the Dynamics 365 platform -- including sales, customer service, field service and project service automation.
Also set to launch this year is the Optimize product family.
Four additional products will launch in the remainder of 2017, with plans to launch another 10, including the Transform and Empower product families, in 2018. The Transform and Empower product families will focus on expanding the capabilities of the Microsoft Cloud in the areas of IoT, Advanced Analytics, and more.
