Healthcare Veteran and Former Navitus Executive, Byron Mickle, joins HealthPlan Data Solutions (HDS) as Chief Growth Officer

Today HealthPlan Data Solutions, Inc. (HDS) announced the hire of Byron Mickle as the company’s Chief Growth Officer, effective February 4. Byron is a seasoned healthcare executive with nearly four decades of experience working with health insurance and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) companies including Medco Health, Express Scripts, and Navitus Health Solutions. In addition to his corporate experience, Byron has also served as a board participant for over 15 years.

Prior to joining HDS, Mickle served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer for Navitus Health Solutions from 2007 to 2022. During his 15-year career with Navitus, Byron’s efforts helped grow the organization from 500,000 covered lives to 9.2 million. Today, Navitus is the industry’s largest pass-through PBM.
