WORCESTER, Mass. (AP) _ The Hanover Insurance Group Inc. (THG) on Wednesday reported third-quarter earnings of $11.1 million.
On a per-share basis, the Worcester, Massachusetts-based company said it had profit of 26 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, came to 11 cents per share.
The insurance company posted revenue of $1.33 billion in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $1.31 billion.
Hanover Insurance shares have increased slightly more than 9 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has risen 33 percent in the last 12 months.
