Grinnell Mutual named a Top Workplaces USA award winner for 2023 

Grinnell Mutual has been named a national 2023 Top Workplaces USA winner for employers with 500–999 employees by Energage, a leading research firm specializing in employee engagement. The insurance company ranked 75th. It's the second year Grinnell Mutual has been recognized nationally.

The award is based on employee feedback gathered by Energage through a research-based, anonymous survey taken by employees in over 70,000 organizations. The survey captures feedback on key areas such as employee alignment with company values; employees feeling that their work is appreciated; and satisfaction with pay, benefits, and culture.
