Green United promoter Kristoffer Krohn pushes to appeal the $18 million crypto mining fraud lawsuit from the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Krohn claims that the SEC’s argument against him over selling securities was wrong. The securities regulator accused Green United of misleading investors by selling fake crypto mining equipment.
