Antonsen, a lead program analyst, is nominated for the “Rising Star” award, which honors an IT professional who has demonstrated exemplary leadership traits at an early point in her career.

Antonsen leads a team that uses data to improve the digital experience for GEICO customers.
Shinnick, recently named director of IT billing, is among the finalists in the “Unsung Hero” category. The award goes to women who are managing technology projects and whose day-to-day work makes a major impact.
