JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Sept. 6, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) today announced that the Federal Trade Commission ("FTC") has issued an administrative complaint seeking to block FNF's previously announced proposed merger with Stewart Information Services Corporation. FTC commissioners voted 3-to-1 to authorize staff to file the lawsuit.
