Erie Insurance names Amy Howard-Mohr vice president and branch manager in Allentown

ERIE, Pa., March 10, 2025 - Erie Insurance (ERIE) has named Amy Howard-Mohr as new vice president and branch manager for ERIE'sAllentown (Pa.) branch, effective March 6. Howard-Mohr has served as senior district sales manager (DSM) in Allentown for the past 11 years.
Howard-Mohr began her insurance career as a senior personal lines underwriter at Nationwide Insurance in Richmond, Va. She joined Erie Insurance as a DSM trainee in 2014 and took a DSM role in the Allentown branch upon graduation. She previously led the Allentown branch inteprogram and has served as the Pennsylvania representative for ERIE'sSales & Products Employee Task Force. In 2018, she completed a leadership program for the National African American Women's Leadership Institute (NAAWLI).
"Amy has more than 20 years of industry experience and holds strong relationships with ERIE's agency partners in the Allentown branch," said Leah Micholas, regional vice president, northeast region sales at ERIE. "I'm confident the branch will continue to thrive under Amy's leadership, and I look forward to seeing where she takes the branch and its agents."
Howard-Mohr is a graduate of the University of Florida'sCollege of Journalism and Communications, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Telecommunications. She also holds the insurance designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).
