The theme of the IAOA conference was INNOVATION 22. Each speaker shared details about their experiences, strategies, and tactics to help attendees grow their agency.

During their time networking at the conferences, ESC educated attendees about their course offerings. They explained how they help employees have successful Accredited Claims Adjuster (ACA) and Registered Customer Service Representative (RCSR) careers through their flexible online courses in which students earn their ACA designation or their RCSR designation. Once candidates pass ESC's final exams for either course, candidates are exempt from taking the
