EaseCentral Partners with Anthem Blue Cross to Simplify Benefits Offerings and Enrollment Statewide

PR Newswire

SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- EaseCentral, the leading HR and benefits SaaS platform powered by insurance brokers, today announced a partnership with Anthem Blue Cross, to create a more comprehensive method for brokers to offer and enroll consumers in benefit plans. The integration will make it even easier for insurance brokers to offer Anthem Blue Cross plans through the EaseCentral platform, reaching additional employers and lending a greater level of service and options to those they currently support.

With access to Anthem Blue Cross plans through EaseCentral's intuitive platform, brokers will be able provide more options to employers. This simplifies the setup, submission, and management process for brokers and removes steps that can be automated online, allowing for brokers to spend more time with consumers. With the increased efficiencies, consumers are enrolled in coverage quickly, receive their member ID cards faster, and submissions remain secure in the online portal.

Features now available to users through this integration include a simplified setup process and the ability to provide enrollment data directly to Anthem Blue Cross, saving time and reducing the chances for human error. This integration also allows users to submit changes throughout the year directly to Anthem Blue Cross.

"At EaseCentral, our goal is to enable brokers to operate more efficiently while simultaneously creating simplified processes for the employee to understand, and participate in, their benefits plans," said David Reid, CEO of EaseCentral. "This integration helps us to achieve that goal across California with a major plan provider, Anthem Blue Cross."
