The following arrests were reported Friday afternoon by the Des Moines Sheriff's Office.
Gregory Ernest Beach Jr., 46, West Point, was arrested at 10:12 a.m. Friday on a warrant charging him with a probation violation. He was taken to the Des Moines County Jail.
Ian Cody Jean Billings, 23, Burlington, was arrested at 6:21 p.m. Thursday on a warrant charging him with fifth degree theft ($300 or less). He was jailed.
Isiah James Rutter, 34, Burlington, was arrested at 12:13 a.m. Thursday at Highway 61 and Hunt Road and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, driving while barred, and failure to provide proof of liability insurance. He was jailed.
Kelsey Jean Haines, 29, Burlington, was arrested at 1:34 p.m. Wednesday on a warrant charging her with fifth degree theft ($300 or less). She was jailed.
Christian Anthony Alexander, 18, Burlington, was arrested at 6:35 a.m. Wednesday on a warrant charging him with contempt of court for failing to appear at proceedings. He was jailed.
