NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Longtime healthcare insurance specialist David Harper has joined Alliant. As Senior Vice President within the company’s Healthcare Group, the Orange County, CA-based Harper will design and deploy customized insurance and risk management solutions to a diverse portfolio of healthcare clients throughout the Western Region.
