CNP Assurances announces the appointment of Laurence Mitrovic to the

Group Legal Department.

Laurence Mitrovic joined CNP Assurances at the start of January 2022 as Group Legal Director.

The Group Legal Department of CNP Assurances reports to the corporate secretariat headed by Marie Grison, a member of Executive Committee of CNP Assurances. The Group Legal Department of CNP Assurances is staffed by 70 employees who work in Corporate/M&A, legal affairs and insurance law & taxation. The medical insurance department, relations with the French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) and the documentation department also fall under this department.

Biography of Laurence Mitrovic

Admitted to the Paris and New York bar in 1988, Laurence Mitrovic, age 58, started her career that same year at French business firms before joining the Paris office of the American firm, Skadden Arps, in 1992. For more than 16 years, she has advised on Corporate/M&A operations, public offerings, IPOs, financingand international arbitrage.

In 2010, she joined the Aviva France group, where she held the positions of Europe legal director and Group legal director. She supports and supervises strategic projects for France, the United Kingdom andother European countries.

Laurence Mitrovic also holds an Executive Master Finance from IEP/Sciences Po Paris and a CorporateDirector Certificate from IFA/Sciences Po.
