Jenner was not charged in the crash but
Howe's car was launched into the oncoming lane of the
Howe, a 69-year-old widow, died at the scene.
"All of a sudden a car comes into our lane from oncoming traffic and rushes onto our hood. We were shocked and terrified we were all going to die," Peter said in a statement after the crash.
"When you're involved in an accident that claimed the life of someone, you're just not the same anymore. So many lives have been changed forever," Lea said.
Jenner previously settled lawsuits with Howe's stepchildren and a woman who was driving a Prius that also got rear-ended.
Attempts to reach a spokesman for Jenner were not immediately successful.
A lawyer representing the Wolf-Millesi family at the firm Panish Shea & Boyle declined to comment, citing confidentiality.
