At HUB International, she worked as an account executive since 2006. Before then, she worked as an independent commercial insurance broker. A graduate of California State University-Northridge, Schirtz is a Certified Risk Manager (CRM), a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR).
