BRIEF: Yakima man released from hospital following morning accident

YAKIMA, Wash. -- A Yakima man was taken to a local hospital following a Tuesday morning accident on Interstate 82.
Luis A. Dominguez, 28, lost control of a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee around 7:45 a.m. while traveling eastbound on I-82 in Yakima, according to information released by the Washington State Patrol.
The Jeep Dominguez was driving entered the median and rolled over, the state patrol said.
Dominguez was taken to Yakima Regional Medical and Cardiac Center.
An update on his condition was not immediately available.
The State Patrol said Dominguez lost control of the Jeep following an improper lane change. Troopers said he will be charged with driving with wheels off the roadway, no insurance and a suspended driver's license.
He was wearing a seat belt, and intoxicants were not suspected of contributing to the crash, the patrol said.
The Jeep was considered a total loss.
