BRIEF: Walworth County group to offer Medicare workshops

June 06--ELKHORN -- Elder and disability benefits specialists are offering two Medicare workshops on Thursday, June 14, in Elkhorn, according to a news release.

The specialists with the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Walworth County will offer two "Welcome Medicare" workshops, one from 1 to 2:30 p.m. and the other from 6 to 7:30 p.m., the release states. The workshops cover benefits, options, insurance coverage and medication coverage.

The workshops will be in the county Department of Health & Human Services auditorium, W4051 County NN, Elkhorn. Attendees should bring a list of their medications for a Medicare Part D assessment, according to the release.
