BRIEF: Two bail bonds agents facing forgery charges in Guilford County

March 15--Two bail agents face forgery charges in connection with incidents in November.
Laketta Chental Hall, 35, and James Calvin Evans, 44, are accused of falsifying bond documents November 11-20 to avoid paying $107,300, according to a Guilford County Sheriff's Office news release.
Hall and Evans were charged with six counts of attempting to obtain property by false pretense, six counts of altering court documents, six counts of forgery of instrument and six counts of forgery of endorsement.
They were each released on $50,000 bond.
