BRIEF: Health insurance signup assistance today at library

Dec. 09--People needing held signing up for the Affordable Care Act can get assistance today at the L.E. Phillips Memorial Library, 400 Eau Claire St.

Citizen Action Organizing Cooperative will have volunteers at the library from noon to 4 p.m., assisting people in signing up for the various health plans.

The deadline to sign up for the Affordable Care Act is Friday.
