BRIEF: Car plows into Concord insurance business, DUI suspect arrested

Feb. 19--CONCORD -- An Antioch man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after crashing his car into an insurance agency, authorities said Sunday.
Officers responded around 6 a.m. to a report of the crash in the 3500 block of Clayton Road and found a car two-thirds of the way through an exterior wall belonging to Agent 2000 Insurance, 3585 Clayton Rd., police said.
No other cars were involved, and Antioch resident Joseph Bey was found unhurt at the scene. Officers arrested him on suspicion of driving under the influence. Bey was not listed in custody according to a county records check Sunday evening.
