An investigation into two thefts at a store led to charges for a Manchester woman, state police said.

Allison A. Gersbach, 33, was charged with felony fourth-degree grand larceny for a theft on Aug. 16 and petit larceny for another theft on Oct. 22.

PAVILION - George W. Engelhardt, 39, of Batavia was charged with felony first-degree criminal contempt of court, state police said.

He was charged after an investigation into a domestic dispute Feb. 27.

MEDINA - Yvonne M. Flores, 51, of Medina was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and insurance fraud, state police said.

She is to appear at a later date in court.

ALBION - Addy J. Hall, 35, of Lockport was charged with welfare fraud and three counts of offering a false instrument for filing, state police said.

She is to appear at a later date in Town Court.

LYNDONVILLE - Joseph S. Allis, 21, of Lyndonville was charged with felony criminal contempt of court for violating an order of protection, state police said. He also was charged with resisting arrest and was committed to Orleans County Jail.

BATAVIA - Caleb R. Swendsen, 28, of Akron was charged with driving while impaired by drugs after he was stopped at 12:17 a.m. Friday, state police said.

He is to appear at a later date in City Court.

BERGEN - Four juveniles were charged with breaking into a building and stealing a coin-operated machine Feb. 3, state police said.

The three 13-year-olds and a 15-year-old, face charges of burglary, petit larceny and criminal mischief.
