Beverly Hills, CA-Based Wealth Management Team Launches Independent Financial Advisory Firm: Boulevard Family Wealth

Business Wire

Team Previously Managed $1 Billion in Client Assets; Partners with Dynasty Financial Partners

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Matthew Celenza and his team announced today that they have formed an independent wealth management firm called Boulevard Family Wealth. The advisors previously worked at Merrill Lynch in its Private Banking and Investment Group (PBIG). Based in Beverly Hills, California, the new firm is poised to become one of the premier multi-family offices in the U.S.

Mr. Celenza has been in the business for almost 20 years, the last six years with Merrill Lynch. Joining Mr. Celenza at Boulevard Family Wealth will be long-time team members Shannon McLaughlin and Andrea Shieh. In addition, Andrew Aiello will be joining the firm to lead their insurance efforts as part of Boulevard Insurance Strategies. He had previously served as Senior Vice President at Merrill Lynch in its Ultra High Net Worth Solutions department.

Boulevard Family Wealth is an exclusive independent Registered Investment Advisor located in Beverly Hills, catering to ultra-affluent individuals, multi-generational families, and sophisticated entrepreneurs who seek both simplification to their complex lives and continued opportunity to achieve more through personal connections and realized goals.

The firm provides a comprehensive array of family office services for clients especially challenged by multi-generational wealth management issues as well as global and multi-jurisdictional business concerns. Boulevard Family Wealth’s focus will be working with first generation wealth and those who have achieved success as entrepreneurs and business owners in real estate, technology, private equity, as well as the arts and entertainment fields throughout Los Angeles and the West Coast.

According to Mr. Celenza, “We believe that objectivity is at the core of our offering, so we will be able to access, on behalf of our clients, a greatly expanded selection of investment capabilities, lending platforms, sophisticated insurance products, planning resources, capital market solutions, and alternative manager opportunities. Our immediate size, along with our partnerships with Dynasty Financial Partners and Schwab Advisor Services, will enable us to act with the clout of an institutional Wall Street firm while maintaining Boulevard Family Wealth’s very personalized boutique feel for each of our clients.”

Dynasty Financial Partners President and CEO Shirl Penney added, “Boulevard Family Wealth has deep experience, client focus, and professionalism – they are well positioned for enormous success. We are extremely proud and excited to be partnered with Boulevard Family Wealth’s remarkable team, and we welcome Matt and his team to our Network of independent advisors."

Boulevard Family Wealth has collaborated with Dynasty Financial Partners and Schwab Advisor Services to leverage their wealth management services and technology. Boulevard Family Wealth will be using Dynasty’s award-winning technology platform, the Dynasty Desktop, as well Dynasty’s digital client experience (DCE) applications and enhanced client facing reporting packages.

Working with Dynasty’s Investment’s team, Boulevard will also be able to access the institutional research capabilities of Callan Associates and an expanded suite of private offerings for the benefit of their ultra-high net worth client base. Boulevard Family Wealth has chosen Schwab Advisor Services, an affiliate of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., to serve as custodian to its clients’ assets. As a registered investment advisor, Boulevard Family Wealth will not hold client assets, but instead will leverage Schwab’s industry leading size and experience, financial strength and its range of outstanding services to safeguard client funds.

Dynasty Financial Partners Director of Network Development – Western Division, David Wiener, said, “There has been increasing momentum in the move toward independence on the West Coast. We are proud to partner with Boulevard Family Wealth, an exceptional independent firm well-positioned to be a leader in Southern California."

Boulevard Family Wealth will be headquartered at 9465 Wilshire Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90212, Suite 840, California. For more information, please visit http://boulevardfw.com.
