Balanced Approach to Leadership Is Subject of McCord Lecture

PEORIA, Ill., March 8 -- Bradley University issued the following news release:
he 41st McCord Lecture sponsored by the Foster College of Business at Bradley University will take place on Thursday, March 23, at7:30 a.m. in the Peplow Pavilion in the Hayden-Clark Alumni Center.
Julie Lagacy, CIO and Vice President of Global Information Systems at Caterpillar Inc. is the featured speaker. Her lecture is titled "Leaving Your Legacy - A Balanced Approach to Leadership."

The McCord Lecture Series was made possible through the financial support of Illinois Mutual Life Insurance Company and named for a role model of business and community leadership, Robert A. McCord. Through the series, students get a chance to meet leaders they read about in BusinessWeek and The Wall Street Journal and discuss the challenges of leading a major enterprise.
