LAKE MARY, FL – January 9, 2018 – AssuredPartners, Inc. is pleased to announce that Insurance and Risk Management Services, Inc. (IRMS) has joined the agency, marking its 27th completed acquisition of 2017. IRMS, located in Naples, Florida, provides business insurance services, risk management services as well as personal insurance services. The staff of 36 employees will continue operations under the leadership of President George Schmelzle. The agency currently reports approximately $6 million in revenues.
