Arch Capital Group Ltd. Announces Resignation of Deanna Mulligan from the Board of Directors

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Insurance Weekly News -- Arch Capital Group Ltd. [NASDAQ:ACGL] announced that Deanna Mulligan, CEO of The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, had resigned from its Board of Directors because of a potential future conflict of interest.

Constantine (Dinos) Iordanou, Chairman and CEO of ACGL, commented, "Deanna has been a valuable Director since she joined our Board in May 2013. We will miss her counsel and advice."
