Glueck brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles, including his tenure as Vice President of Strategy & Partnerships at MeetCaregivers, where he partnered with Medicare Advantage health plans to address social determinants of health (SDOH) and healthcare inequality. His achievements included the commercialization of the business model and the signing of the first-ever Medicare Advantage plan partnership agreements.

As Vice President of Business Development, Americas, at PAI Health, Glueck collaborated with global reinsurers and insurance companies on InsurTech-related digital insurance product ideation and innovation. His efforts resulted in a global exclusive partnership with the world's largest reinsurance carrier, leading to A round funding and collaborative digital product development initiatives.

In his role as Director of Business Development at LIMRA, Glueck played a key role in designing and implementing visual analytics, predictive analytics and SaaS-based solutions for major life, annuity and group/voluntary insurance carriers in the US and Canada.
