Antares Supports Lee Equity Partners’ Acquisition of Integrated Medical Professionals and The Urology Group to Form Solaris Health

2020 AUG 28 (NewsRx) -- By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Mergers & Acquisitions Daily News -- Antares announced that it served as lead arranger and is acting as administrative agent on senior secured credit facilities to support the acquisition of Integrated Medical Professionals (“IMP”) and The Urology Group (“TUG”) by Lee Equity Partners to form Solaris Health.

Solaris Health is one of the nation’s largest independent providers of urological and other specialty services. The partnership aligns the skills and talents of over 150 providers who have more than 525,000 patient encounters a year at more than 60 sites in New York, Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.
