Amerisure One of the 2017 Best Places to Work in Insurance

FARMINGTON HILLS, Michigan, Nov. 22 -- Amerisure Mutual Insurance Co., a provider of comprehensive line of insurance products to protect businesses that are focused in construction, manufacturing and healthcare, issued the following news release:
For the sixth time, Amerisure Mutual Insurance Company received the Best Places to Work in Insurance award from Business Insurance magazine and Best Companies Group. Amerisure ranked seventh in the medium employer category.
The competition is based on a two-part evaluation process. First, each nominated employer completes a survey regarding workplace policies, practices and demographics. The second part consists of an employee survey. The combined scores determine the top companies and the final rankings based on eight core areas of focus:
* Corporate culture and communications
* Leadership and planning
* Overall engagement
* Pay and benefits
* Relationship with supervisor
* Role satisfaction
* Training, development and resources
* Work environment

In addition to the 2017 Best Places to Work in Insurance award, Amerisure'sFarmington Hills and Atlanta Core Service Centers have also been recognized by the 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For(R) this year.
