AM Best Withdraws Credit Ratings of Kentucky Funeral Directors Life Insurance Company

OLDWICK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
AM Best has withdrawn the Financial Strength Rating of A- (Excellent) and the Long-Term Issuer Credit Ratings (Long-Term ICR) of “a-” (Excellent) of Kentucky Funeral Directors Life Insurance Company (KFDLIC) (Frankfort, KY). At the time of the withdrawal, the outlook of these Credit Ratings (ratings) was stable.

AM Best has withdrawn these ratings as the company has requested to no longer participate in AM Best’s interactive rating process. These ratings were affirmed on Oct. 17, 2023, which serves as AM Best’s final ratings update, and the company has now requested to withdraw its ratings.
