Xcipio on Target For National Roll-Out – Initial States Include CT, MA, NY, and RI
Lawrence, MA – May 2, 2003 - With Xcipio’s pilot program flawlessly operating in high gear, Xcipio is ready to bring their platform for auto and home to the property and casualty market. Product delivery will be available in Connecticut June 15th, immediately followed by Massachusetts, then New York and Rhode Island. Additional states will be built and released on a regular basis. The single-point-of-entry platform allows agencies to comparatively quote, seamlessly access third party data providers for credit scores, motor vehicle records and loss history reports, fully underwrite, and; automatically tier customer quote requests – in real time. In addition to preferred and standard carriers, the platform will also deliver non-standard markets. The single-entry-platform reduces the overall time for underwritten quotes by 70% and provides completely underwritten quotes ready for carrier upload through direct integration or agency management systems. “The Xcipio platform, which includes underwritten comparative rating, is available and ready for production for Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island”, said Anthony Consoles, Xcipio’s Director of Insurance. “New York rates for auto and home will be out shortly”, he added. The Xcipio platform will be hosted as an ASP, via Xcipio’s data center, or installed locally. The platform is attractively priced, and agents will see a return on their investment in the first month of operation. “We structured the price so the platform would be affordable for the smallest to largest of agencies”, said David Cooksley, Xcipio’s President /CEO. Xcipio is an open platform, designed to connect third-party rating vendors, third-party data verification sources, agency management systems, and carrier host systems into a streamlined, single-point-of-entry “once and done” insurance sales and distribution system.
