Work on former Greyhound site expected to start this month

"With the changes in medical insurance and billing, we are busier than we have ever been. We need more space because we are hiring more employees and bringing on more clients," White said.
Initially, the Whites wanted to restore the art deco bus depot but discovered the money needed to do would have been cost prohibitive. The size of the old building, built in the late 1930s, also meant there would only be room for their medical business.

Haedrich is marketing the project to a broad list of potential tenants, but he has said interest is "contingent upon seeing activity on the site."
Haedrich has talked to retail users, law firms, a certified public accountant and a government agency.
