Western Heritage Insurance Company Appoints Kathy Szur Programs Senior Director [Professional Services Close – Up]

Western Heritage Insurance Company named Kathy Szur senior director of Programs.

Szur will report to Western Heritage president Anthony Washington and will lead the dedicated Programs team in working with program administrators to vet, build, and maintain quality programs.

"During her career, Kathy has been responsible for developing product enhancements, leading multi-state teams, and overseeing functional areas such as underwriting, claims, and sales. With her extensive business experience, Kathy is set to grow our Programs division while making a positive impact on the programs industry."

Szur has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Western Heritage, Szur held the position of regional vice president at First Nonprofit Insurance Company in Scottsdale, Arizona. Kathy also previously served as vice president of underwriting and program marketing for CNA.
