The new version provides agencies with significant new capabilities for every staff member:
• Agents can create and edit customer information on the go with their tablet device.
• CSRs and account managers can use a new Policy Side Bar to create a personalized view of policy and activity information to speed customer service and renewal workflows.
• Office managers can now help agencies protect information and reduce E&O exposure by being able to purge inactive customer data and configure AMS360 using the new Administration Center which consolidates all system administration functions.
These features and the next generation interface announced earlier this year are all available in the new version of the premier insurance agency management system.
